| In the 2000,
2002 and 2004 Pacific Cups, the top boats used our routing software to finish in front.
You may not have a professional "rock star"
navigator aboard, but with our routing software and supporting data, you can come up with
the same answers. In fact, we make it easy. During these past Pacific Cups, the
2001, 2003 and 2005 Transpacs and the Volvo Ocean Race, we have posted a daily analysis and consistently predicted the optimal
route. See our leg by leg commentary of the Volvo in Seahorse magazine and our website analysis page at www.goflow.com/volvoday.htm. OUR ROUTER IS UNIQUE TO THE INDUSTRY, PROVIDES MORE INFORMATION AND EASY TO USE .... CUP ROUTING
In 2004, our unique routing software advised "Inspired Environments," new to the race, to take the most northerly course of its fleet and win a resounding victory. As noted in Latitude 38, the "conventional wisdom" had it wrong, and the program "had it right." For detailed analysis of the 2004 Pacific Cup, CLICK HERE |

It balances wind and current changes along the way, optimizes for your boat and computes quantitative comparison routes which provide you with all the information you need, at a glance, to match the pros in picking the best route. Our special "2006 Pacific Cup Package" includes our latest edition of our "offshore" weather routing and tactical program "Offchart Racer," with a major 2006 upgrade, plus the following elements:
| Currents at the Start in San Francisco Bay: our regional current model predicts current at every point on the chart,
and at every time and day of the year, and integrates these predictions into a suite of
navigational and tactical functions, including "best course" routing which takes
current, wind and boat polars into account. The example below shows an exit from San
Francisco Bay against a flood. |

| Chartmaker
Facility: Any electronic image can be converted into a chart for navigation and tactical planning. This chart was taken from a wind/pressure forecast of the route, and shows wind barbs and pressure contours. This enables you to visualize your position and your proposed route in context with the wind and weather conditions. Or, download and convert a weatherfax image enroute to update your forecast. |

| Wind Data: we will supply a high-quality wind forecast in digital format to support both customized displays of wind vectors enroute and routing computations. Or, you can utilize a wind grib file from a public or private source of your choosing, such as Commander's Weather. |
